It can be programmed to send Place Mark kml files by VIETTEL-GPRS to an Internet server. The time between a GPS measurement and a new position of the Icon on Google Earth screen is 17 seconds, under normal GPRS conditions. 

All you need is installing the device, the GPS antenna and the PC software (is a freeware), which will be send to you by e-mail. Monthly hosting costs are very small, and the costs for using GPRS depends on the chosen frequency of uploads:

For daily professional use, an auto-start and auto-stop time can be issued to the device. This will automatically turn on/off the GPRS data sending, and thus relieving the operator of that task.

The exact time of a specific GPS measurement is given in the description of the place mark, as well as notification whether or not the last measurement was successful. In this way, you can always determine the probable reason of a non-moving icon.
A new position comes in every 20 seconds, but can be delayed as long as wanted to save on your GPRS bill.

Positions can also be saved to your computer, to get a history of vehicle-routes taken.
